Concierge medicine puts you back in control of your health. We do this by giving you direct access to your health care professional. Allowing you to get the care that you need without causing major disruptions to your life. By utilizing basic healthcare tools and video visits, we are able to provide the care you need wherever you are.
Membership costs
18-40 --- $100
40-65 --- $150
65 and older --- $200
Family of 4 --- $400
Registration fee --- $250
Membership fees are automatically billed monthly to card on file
Registration fee is waived if 1 year paid in full annually
Family memberships includes two adults and two minors in same household **$ per month per additional child
